Payment Application Security Mandates*'. This VISA mandate states that 'Acquirers must ensure their merchants, VNPs and agents use only PA-DSS compliant applications'. AbleCommerce recommends merchants using a non-compliant solution to start making plans to meet VISA's requirements before the deadline.
