Batch Editing

The Batch Edit feature allows you to edit multiple products at once. Products are filtered with search criteria and presented with editable fields of your choosing.

For stores using the inventory control feature, we've conveniently added a checkbox so you can easily search for all products low in stock.

Batch Inserting

The Batch Insert page allows you to add multiple products at once. You simply select the file that contains your product data to be uploaded and select the category that will contain the imported products. You can used delimited (eg. CSV, TDF, etc.) or XML formatted data.

Batch Update

The Batch Update feature allows you to update and change multiple products at once. Using your delimited (eg. CSV, TDF, et.) or XML formatted file, select a match field, make any other adjustments and update.

Data Transfer

The Data Transfer wizards make it easy to import and export data from your store. AbleCommerce uses an XML file format to transfer store data.

Importing Data

AbleCommerce provides four possible sources for your imported data. You can import basic data which includes common items like email templates, payment methods, etc., a fully functional computer sample store, an existing AbleCommerce store export (XML) file, or UPS WorldShip Data.

Exporting Data

Use this procedure to export store data to an XML file. Use the XML file as a backup or for store migration.
