The Re-issue Store Key service fee covers the time it takes us to re-issue and update your license records.

For any LIVE production license key that has been registered, the re-issue license key fee shall apply to change the name of the website associated to the license key.  

If you have not installed your production license, then you are welcome to change your key by logging in to your Customer Account and making a request through your order. 

To cancel an existing store license and replace it with a new one:

1.  Enter the existing licensed domain name that you want to cancel in the first field above.

2.  Enter the new domain name into the second field. 

3.  Add this product to your cart and checkout.

4.  Use the Request License Key form at the bottom of your order invoice.

All license changes will require confirmation before new keys are issued.  We can only accept requests placed under the account of the original license holder.

This product should not be used to exchange a development license.  Instead, login to your customer account and make your key request.
