Summary Reports
Sales Summary - enter a date range to view totals for product sales,
taxes, shipping charges, total number of orders placed, number of items
sold, number
of customers, and average order amounts.
Product Breakdown - this report displays the each of your products
sold within the time frame you specify. It will report the quantity
sold and total amount collected for each product.
Shipping Breakdown - this report will compile a list of the
shipping methods that have been used for all completed orders. It lists
the shipping type, provider, number of orders using that method, and
the total amount collected for each.
Taxes Breakdown - enter a date range to view a report of each type
of tax used, the number of orders using that tax, and the total amount
of tax collected.
Affiliates Sales - view a summary of affiliate sales, including unique
referrals, number of orders, and the total amount of affiliate sales.
Vendor Sales - this report will show the sales
of particular vendors' products in the store.
Inventory Report - Lists all products in your store that are at or
below reorder levels. We provide a linked product ID to jump to the
product editing screen, where you can update the inventory levels for
the product.
Coupon Summary Report - for the date range given, it lists the codes
for any coupons used, along with the number of times used, a link to
the coupon, and a link to a detailed report.
Coupon Detail Report - this report lists all orders that used the
specified Coupon Code selected from the drop down list.
Abandoned Baskets Report - this report shows you any uncompleted
orders by anonymous users, or users that have registered.
Gift Certificates Summary - this report shows you all outstanding
gift certificate balances. There is also an interface where you can
search for existing certificates or issue new ones.
