1. Use the chart above to choose the SSL certificate you wish to use for your store.
2. Login to your hosting control panel, and open a new support ticket.
3. In your request, make sure you include the following information:
   - your secure website name (this can be different than the non-SSL website, but not common)
   - name of SSL certificate
   - length of term in years

What happens next...

1. Your certificate signing request will be generated, this is called the CSR.
   It is important to know that we will automatically use your WHOIS registration information for your domain. This needs to match your SSL certificate request or it could be denied, or held up for processing. If your domain record needs to be updated, please make sure to notify the technician.
2. We will order your SSL certificate using our wholesale account.
3. During processing of your certificate, an email will be sent to the domain registrar. You will need to respond to this email to complete processing.
4. After we receive your SSL certificate key, it will be installed as soon as possible. This allows your website to respond to the https URL.
