Store Import Wizard
When you create a new store, AbleCommerce provides a number of data
import options. You can start with -
- a completely empty store
- a store
which includes most of the basic elements like shipping and
payment methods, and email forms
- a store with sample data
- or import another
AbleCommerce store from an XML file

Settings Menu
|
Store Setup Menus
Navigate to the setup menu to configure shipping, payment methods
and gateways, emails, warehouses, and currencies. From the Store Settings menu, you can specify global settings for
your store. Some of these settings include localization, inventory,
date
format, time format, units for weight, and your default store Theme.
Maintenance settings let you change the length of time a user's basket
is saved, and how long payment information should be stored.

Store Alerts

Store Alert System
AbleCommerce has a built-in alert system so you will know what tasks
need to be completed, or when important issues arise. The sample image
to left shows the Alert menu
for a new empty store. A short explanation followed by a link to correct
the issue is provided for each alert.
