Hoping someone from AC can assist. We are moving servers, and I need to move a Gold R11 SR1 site. When I log into my account, I don't show that version available as a download so that I can follow the site migration outline. I've called AC support twice and left two voicemails in the past week without a callback, so I'm stuck.

Can anyone from AC point me in the right direction?

Please login to your account and view your latest order. At the bottom of the invoice, make a request to download the version you need.

I was able to find your order and I just attached Gold R11 (build 8643) and Gold R11 SR1 (build 8858). You will also find both the WSP an WAP versions, so make sure to use the one that matches your existing install.

If there are any issues, I'll be back in the morning to check on this.
