We need a way to send emails to customers that have purchased a particular product. We use the email templates Dashboard > Configure > EmailTemplates and I do not see an option to send emails to customers that have purchased a particular product. Can you make this possible in the next version?

Thank you for your suggestion. We will log the request for a future version.

In the meantime, you can search on product name or SKU from the order manager page. This will give you a list of all the orders where the product was purchased, and you can email these customers individually.

I haven't looked at this in depth- just an idea- but if you want to do this regularly for all products, you might be able to change the content of the review product template and use that functionality.
