We have a site who got their license issued for the domain name without the www and but have the store url registered with www. I'm having CORS issues when I'm redirected to www and if I switch between www and non www, I get logged out.
How can this be fixed? Shouldn't the license be www?
Thanks

Hi Judy,

Re-issuing the key is a possible solution, but what do you mean by "store url registered with www" ?

Do you mean the Store URL configuration setting in AbleCommerce? That should only change things like the URLs generated in email templates.

Thanks for your support!

You should bind both the www and the non-www at the IIS level. I notice that your engineers likes to use a wild card for the 443 port; this is not recommended.

All bindings should reference a valid IP (Only One) for security concerns.

I hope this helps.

I went ahead and changed the url for the store url in the admin to non-www like the license is, and it solved the CORS issue on the login page.
