I'd like to know first why hot patches still appear in the available upgrades (Upgrades left panel) and secondly WAP zip file available for download in my AbleCommerce account (Downloads, 7/1/2025 3:46:51 PM, AbleCommerce-9.0.11-b9287-WAP.zip) the structure of the unzipped folder is weird (no folders, see attachement). I need the WAP version because we publish our store compiled on the server. Can you make a good WAP version available for us?

We're trying to upgrade from 9.0.10 to 9.0.11 on a staging store site before moving to it the live store.

This is a good question. For hot patches, we don't have a way to track their installation. These are different from the upgrades where we can look at the \app_data\versioninfo.xml file and know which version you are using and use that to show/hide upgrades.

The upgrade manager is a feature that we added to distribute the downloads and instructions. It could be improved so you can check a box indicating when a patch was installed. There isn't a way for us to look specifically at all the files in the application and know what hot patches were installed though. This isn't like SaaS where every installation is being tracked.

Extracted 2,2664 items including all the sub-folders. Here is a screenshot of the\Website\ directory from a fresh download.

Can you try to download the WAP again and make sure it is the correct size?

We also provide an upgrade file so you can go directly from 9.0.10 to 9.0.11. This is available from the Upgrade Manager.
