We recently upgraded to the USPS OAuth plugin.

It works correctly, except...

If I have item A in the basket, media mail appears as a shipping option.
If I have item B in the basket, media mail appears as a shipping option.
If I have both item A and B in the basket, media mail no longer appears as a shipping option.

I turned on debug for USPS OAuth, and I see the same media mail options in the output when there is one or two items.

I did notice the request from AC to USPS has a backdated ship date:

Hi Charles,

This is, unfortunately, one of the new changes in the USPS API requirements. For Ground Advantage, Media Mail, and Library Mail, they require that dimensions are sent in with the package information. This all works fine until you have a single shipment with multiple items.

I have no idea why they changed their API requirements for these services, but it creates a problem when multiple items are being purchased. There is no feature that will calculate a box size since there are so many variables in packaging.

There is a work-around where you can change the Special Condition Shipping setting to "Calculate Costs Separately". That's can increase shipping rates shown to customers though. Please take a look at the documentation here:

Also, the date is working fine in my testing.

I do have an updated version of the USPS plugin that has a fix for items greater than 22" long. If you need this, please update your order with a note and I'll get you the file in advance of the next version.
