So recently I uploaded a new theme using the AbleCommerce V9 "Import Theme" option. When I select the new theme to be my default theme and select preview it doesn't really apply the new theme.
I think I have to enable theme by activating it somewhere but I am not sure why my new theme is not been activated. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

When importing or using a new theme please ensure the following.

- Make sure to add the necessary view files and the same directory structure as our sample theme.
- If you have copied the theme from our sample theme then please don't forget to update the include paths in

website/themes/{themename}/views/shared/_ThemeStyles.cshtml & website/themes/{themename}/views/shared/_ThemeScripts.cshtml

Now after setting the theme as the default theme, every page using the store default theme will use the new default theme.

To make sure, please edit a page (be it a webpage, product or category page) and see if the theme selection is 'Store Default'. If it's customized then change this to Store Default or select your new theme.
