I am working with an integration team who need to install some webservices onto our platform to support the integrations we are doing.

The have provided a .asmx file and a .dll file.

Where in the website file structure should these go?

They tell me the URL for the service should end up being something like: http://storedomain.com/W...s/ABCGoldWebService.asmx

Placing the asmx file in the root didn't require you to recompile the MVC app did it?
