I can't get FedEx to return rates and I checked Debug Mode but not getting anything in the logs.

Does anyone have this working?

All products must have a weight to return a quote or create an entry in the logs. If any products in a shipment are missing weights then they are put in a separate shipment.

Hi,

It is true that your products require a weight for the carrier to return a rate, however, a missing weight should not prevent the debug from working nor should these products go into a separate shipment.

What build are you using? I will need to test this before opening an issue report.

This is the 9.0.1 b5867

I'm unable to create a FedEx Ship Method.

I installed the FedEx Plugin.
If I click Configure and under Shipping Method
Check FedEx Ground and Save
The method isn't saved.

Configure > Shipping > Carrier
FedEx Configure
Check FedEx Ground and Save
The method isn't saved.

Configure > Shipping > Methods
Add Shipping Method
Type of Calculation
FedEx isn't an option.

No errors, I just can't create a method to use the FedEx Gateway.

Add ship method

Hi,

You need to select the ship methods, and then click the green "Update" button to select the option "Add Selected Methods".
The "Save" button at the bottom only saves the gateway configurations.

Are we supposed to leave this in Test mode or are we supposed to apply for a production license?

The instructions are very clear. In test mode rates aren't always returned.

Test mode is only for testing the feature.

The rates returned in test mode may not be accurate rates.

I finally have this working.

After you enter your Test credentials and want to use in production you have to uninstall the Plugin and start over. Re-enter the methods and all the information. Otherwise, the original test account number that you entered isn't updated.

Before I re-installed this AccountNumber:

<ClientDetail xmlns="http://fedex.com/ws/rate/v24">
<AccountNumber>xxxxxxxx</AccountNumber>


Didn't match this Account Number:

<ResponsibleParty>
<AccountNumber>xxxxxxxx</AccountNumber>
