Not sure if it matters since this plugin will only work for a couple more months, but the non-OAuth FedEx plugin has a bug on the configuration page. The "Enable Package Breakup" setting is getting saved to both the "Enable Package Breakup" setting and the "Include Declared Value For Insurance" setting. If the breakup setting is checked and the declared value setting is not checked, the config string saved to the database has "True" for both.
