The customer's email confirmation wasn't showing the Payment Method.

I changed:

#foreach($payment in $payments) $payment.PaymentMethodName
$payment.ReferenceNumber
#end

to

#foreach($payment in $order.Payments) $payment.PaymentMethodName
$payment.ReferenceNumber
#end
