I'm trying to figure out where to add a new zone or view zone info.
Help says:
"The information below is a report of the zones that have been created. If a zone is in use, a related entry will be shown in the "Layouts" column."
I don't see a Layouts column.
Icon under In Use shows that it is clickable, but nothing happens.

That is a zone report only. It is under the Website > System area, along with the list of Application Pages.

To make design changes, start at the Website > Design menu instead. Zones are created automatically when you start making changes to any layout. They can also be reused.
