As a newbie developer, I am taking small steps into the strange world of programming. I came across some information and I wanted to get the response from more experienced developers. I just implemented my first controller and all is working properly. One of the functionality returns specific values from the database and display them to the viewer in a HTML format. So obviously it's using Html.Raw, but then I came across this article below.

This article does not want me to use Html.Raw but rather wants me to create a HtmlString instances instead.

So, I welcome any feedback to continue my learning process.
