Upgrade from R2. Product name is Bose® 161™ Speaker System on old site. It saves as Bose® 161™ Speaker System on the new site. Is there a fix for this? Site is supposed to go live tomorrow.

I just did a test upgrade from Gold R12 to AC9.0.3. I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Did you mean an upgrade from 9.0.2 to 9.0.3?
Also if you can explain what do mean by "it saves as"?

If I interpret your email correctly, and if you are referring to the special characters on the URL?

If this is your problem then, this is quite normal. Please see the website below for further reference, you gonna need to go into the SEO segment of the item, and change the URL there.

PS: I have absolutely no problem saving this " Bose® 161™ " as a product name.

There is still some confusion.

We only support R10, R11 and R12 Gold versions for an upgrade to AC9.

Upgrading R2 database will give an error message like.
Quote:
The specified database is not a valid version. This upgrade will only support Ablecommerce Gold R10 (build # 8620) or higer verion databases.


On which version of AC9 did you upgrade to?
