We are experiencing an error on the Product Accessories page, right sidebar, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." It looks like the right sidebar uses the Product Accessories page template but I cannot determine the reason for the error or how to resolve it. Please assist ASAP, as this is preventing many of our customers from making smooth purchases and navigating our conversion process. None of these pages have been modified recently.

Please share the link for your product accessories page or which of the product will navigate us to the product accessories page.

Please toggle the CMS button and see which of the widgets are placed on your sidebar. This may lead us to the original issue?

Are there any error logs? If any please share the details.

We have noticed that this error only occurs if you attempt to add a hardware product to the order, such as at https://www.idautomation...ear/usb-barcode-scanner/ . If you have a hardware product in you basket, then the error occurs for any product you add to your basket: hardware, digital goods, service product.

This issue appears to be resolved now, but I will update if it continues to happen intermittently or the problem comes back consistently. Thank you for the fast response.
