Go to admin
Go to People->Admin->Admin Users
Click Add Admin User
In the popup, specify an email with a trailing space
Specify valid password, re-password and select a group

Click Save and Close

UI does not change. No validator error is rendered in the popup. No user is created.

If you look in Fiddler, you'll see the validator did fire for the email address property, but it does not render in the popup. The user has no idea why the page won't save.
