AbleCommerce Hosting (“ACH”)

This Privacy Policy describes how AbleCommerce Hosting (“ACH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the use of our services (“Services”). This policy is incorporated into the Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”).

By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

  • Account credentials
  • Billing and payment information

  • System and performance metrics

This information may be collected directly by ACH or through third-party infrastructure providers, including but not limited to Cloudflare.


2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Services
  • Process transactions and billing
  • Authenticate users and secure systems
  • Monitor performance, detect abuse, and prevent fraud or attacks
  • Provide customer support
  • Communicate service-related updates

We may also send service-related or promotional communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

ACH implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Customer acknowledges that use of the Services involves inherent risks.

Customer remains responsible for securing:

  • application-level data
  • user credentials
  • hosted content

4. Payment Information

Payment information is processed using secure transmission methods and may be handled by third-party payment processors.

ACH does not store full payment card details except as necessary for billing, logging, or compliance purposes.


5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • maintain sessions and authentication
  • enable functionality (e.g., shopping cart, account access)
  • analyze usage and performance

Customers may control cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may impact functionality.


6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information.

  • service providers and infrastructure partners (e.g., hosting, CDN, payment processors)

  • third parties as necessary to enforce our Agreement or protect our rights

8. Customer Data (Hosted Content)

ACH acts as a service provider with respect to data stored or processed through Customer’s use of the Services.

Customer is solely responsible for:

  • the content it hosts
  • compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • obtaining any required consents

ACH does not control or monitor Customer content except as required for security, support, or legal compliance.


9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • access your personal information
  • correct or update information
  • request deletion of certain data
  • opt out of marketing communications

10. Third-Party Services
